Kushalrai - it's really kind of fraud as per my view though they are irresponsible for any kind of commitment. Today, I went to local realiance life insurance center in Surat, Varachha road and had a really bad experience regarding their service.

One side they've quoted Gandhiji's though on consumer and how to treat with them and other side, they were making fun of illiterate person and same time they were doing what sarkari babu does, Provide proof on SO SO Branch (which was far from this branch, and even this was not in rural area, it is developed city and had population of 1500k person in that area) The guy simply was asking that I want to withdraw my money and you all guys are sending me here and there since 4 months. and pretty sad argument he said, I deposited money cause I want peace in my future, but you guys are wasting my time since 4 months due to policy withdrawal. Simply, they didn't motivated by these excuse and they said him to come tomorrow what a third class service

and my own experience, I've deposited 3k per 4 month for sum of 17500rs.Now after I didn't want to complete it and wanted to withdraw. As my policy was to invest in market and so I was about to gain money according to that. But what is the condition you know?
Out of my 17500 - My actually Investment they said was 16200 (rest was charges according to them) My policy made 400rs profit since I started deposit, that is too fine for me! they said termination in policy will cost me around 400rs and also 400 plus or minus according to today's market situation. NOW THE REAL FUN>.....

If my policy was making profit or loss of Rs, 400~500 in just 1 day, how the hell my policy just made Rupees 400rs profit since 2 years? Don't you smell something fishy here? Finally they told me I will get 16028 Rs - or + 400~500 according to market situation of that day.

In my statement, I found stupid / worst / Not Disclosed by Agent or totally useless and private profit charges

Simple View for Professional Persons According to me: Don't go for such policy, they are just looting you. They make big profit using your funds and pay you nothing but ask for more and more charges

Today I realized that I could use that money for my business and with that money I could have earn upto atleast without any charges : 25000rs Cause Market was Up most of the time and since 2-3 years I am investing,What I was about to get from this policy? Zero Retun even after they say big profit , and even when i was about to withdraw my money, they would have asked me same charges


- I request thread starter to provide your problem information in CNBC awaaz and they will contact reliance guys for sort out your issue.

No WONDER why they are so RiCHHHH. No Sense for common people at alll
