    I bring to your kind notice that the above policy was purchased by me through the agent Anchal (code: 001704335) office code ND02. At the time of investing Rs. 20000 under the above policy it was told that this policy will be invested in single premium policy. On receipt of the original policy bond it was found that the policy was made on regular premium bases without my consent. It is a matter of breech of trust with the customer. I am a small business man and unable to invest in regular premium policy. The agent is not responding. A letter in this regard was written to convert the policy into single premium to Tata Aig Life Insurance Company Ltd. Gurgaon 27-4-2009 and repeated telephonic conversation with the company there is no response till date. Since it is a matter of Breech of Trust & Cheating With Customer, I request you to take action against the agent & convert the policy into single premium policy or refund the full amount with interest otherwise I will be constraint to take legal action & publish this complaint against the company in leading national news paper to get the justice.

    Default Tata-AigLife - Invest Assure Flexi Agent Cheats- Policy Lockin period

    Hi,

    I am Rahul T R. I hold the Tata Aig Policy number U016641819 . I pay Rs 6250.00 per month.
    While I joined the policy, the agent Robin (Ph : 9620368944) had ensured me that, I would have a lock in period of 1 year and that I would receive the confirmation in my policy document. I received the policy document only after 45 days and there was no clause in the document stating the same. I would like to launch a complaint against the company and the agent Robin for this cheating. And necessary action to be taken against this.

    मैंने अपने पुत्र के लिए एक टाटा-अ आई जी की बीमा पोलिसी ली, पोलिसी लेने से पहले एजेंट ने मुझे बताया की यह पोलिसी मार्केट बेस नहीं है और इस पोलिसी मैं ३ वार्षिक किस्त जमा करने के बाद आपको ५ साल बाद दोगुना रूपया मिलेगा , और इसके साथ एक केश लेश मेडिकल बीमा कार्ड भी मिलेगा परन्तु पोलिसी पेपर आने के बाद उसमे ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं लिखा है . और न ही अभी तक मेडिकल कार्ड मिला है.

    Hello,

    I am Sharmistha Iyer and I hold the Tata Aig Policy no - C000808228 (started in Jan 2004). I used to pay around Rs 900 per month and I did this for 5 yrs , intially this was a payroll deduction from my company but then it was discontinued.I tried to reinstate this policy payment but I did not get any support from Tata AIG.I have forwarded all this information to Tata AIG Grievance Redressal Cell.

    Now I am requesting the company to return me the amount that I have paid (around Rs 57480) them minus the administrative charges and Tata AIG is stating that they have forwarded me a loan against my policy in order to keep the policy active and that is why only Rs 700 will be returned to me.TATA AIG do not have my updated address also and they have been communicating with me on my old address ,I changed house in May 2005.Although my mobile number has not changed but they have never called me regarding this on my mobile .

    I also have another SIP with Tata AIG which I started in 2006 I had requested this agent also to help me reinstate this policy but without any results.My point in all this is when its time to sell the policy the company and the agents are falling over themselves in following up, calling, coming home but in servicing the policy nobody is interested .Why? Is it because they want to not return the monies in case there is any disagreement like mine.

    I would like to launch a complaint against Tata AIG and the defunct agent for this harrassment. And necessary action to be taken against this and my monies returned to me.

    Post for enquiry of the policy and for the terms and conditions

    if a person who is an illetrate and the agents does not take the signatures of the witnesses for the understanding of the policy how much effects on the conditions of the policy.
    2. if the insurance agent conceals the actual terms and conditions of the policy whether the company is liable or not.
    3. if the insurance agents describes the policy for the paying of the premium for a period of 3 years instead of 5 years as mentioned in the pollicy than what is the effect of that on the claim of the policy.
