I have approached LIC in last week of March for a term insurance. One of direct marketing office in Gurgaon of LIC (Add: 2nd floor, SCO-60, District Center, Sector-56, Gurgaon) has approached me right away. I have given request for term insurance on 7th April,2011 with premium cheque and necessary documents. Now today is more than one & half month, i have not got policy yet. The premium cheque given to LIC also has been processed. The LIC office is committing one date but not fulfilling and harassing by asking documents & many details and giving unbelievable reasons for delays. On my view they are not serious about their jobs and responsibility. I am very unhappy the service providing by LIC. Due to this all thing i want to withdraw my application. Kindly suggest me exit route.
