My wife has diet on 03.11.2010, she has insured by LIC Branch No.2 Katni Distt. Katni.I have filed death claim with
completed all necessory documents through our related branch. But after some time my death claim application was refused and not consider by Divisional Office, LIC of India Madan Mahal Nagpur Road Jabalpur. I request you to kindly rectified the problem and reconsider my case with symathically consideration in your huminity thinking.
