I bought two ICICI Prudential policies from Religare. My immediate agent left the organization just after my case. It was told to me that I'll get back 15% of the policy amount as a commission. And I got the same for one policy after a great struggle. Now one more is remain to get. Now I am faded-up by calling their customer care. I even wrote a mail to their complaint section. But no response even made to me. Now they are saying that the check has been released. They have to check, where it got traped. The amount of my commission is not much significant. But my query is what should I do get my justice in this case. Neither their grievence redressal nor their customer care is entertaining my case.

Please help me out.

Beware Demat Account opening with RELIGARE SECURITIES

Take care when you opening demat account with RELIGARE SECURITIES.

I have bad experience with RELIGARE SECURITIES.

One day Religare Executive called for opeaning Demat account. He came at home and collects all documents for opeaning Demat account. Employee told me if i gave in advance cheque of Rs.2500, brokarage is life time free as per the plan. I agreed with him and gave him Rs.2500 cheque in advance for the same plan

After 7 days when i call regarding trading he told it is prepaid account & before trading you have to pay some amount for the trading in your Demat account. I have paid cheque of Rs.12000.00 at same day for trading.

Next day when i trade and tell about my Rs.2500.00 sceme, employee told me in Rs.2500 scheme brokarage is not life time free but it is free for only one year & the when you trade the brokerage deduct from the Rs. 2500.00 till available. Religare executive cheat me 2nd time. But When I trade first time they deducted the all amount from the 12000.00 amount.

On 01st Sept’2009, when i call to my broker for the sell stock i am shocked he told there is problem in the Religare software so they not able to sell or purchase any stock, I called to Religare customer care, I have not received proper answer from the customer care executive, executive give me a Ahmedabad customer care phone no.

Last 5 month I trade with religare they did not deduct brokerage from advance Rs.2500, but they deduct my brokerage from my available balance & ask every time it is prepaid account you have to paid advance amount before trade any stock.

Also one other problem is that when I trade in intrade they sell my product without intimation me.

Also from last 4 days I want to sell my all stock but religare broker told it is not possible due to software problem. I called from last 4 days, 40 to 45 times in Religare Custmer care and Religare Head Office but no any officer & executive response me proper. So who is responsible for loss?

Regarding your complaint you just have to send a complaint letter to the Head Office of Religare Co. to get any solution on Company level. Pls. forward your written complaint and revert back soon with the response from them.

When I opened demat account,I was told that fees will be 250 rupees a year.
The agent told me that I have to put minimum 5000 rupees in my account.The agent told me that there is online trading facility available hence I registered.
This agent left Angel broking after one month.
The company told me that I will recieve a kit at my address which I have not recieved since 1 year.Always I have to request the customer care executives for reseting my password but this password never works.
Whenever I call their customer care,they say that we will look in this issue and call me back after 2 days.But these two days never come.
The customer care also tells me that the kit has been send to my address and they have proof that I have recieved it
I visited many centers in Pune to close the account,but nobody has account closing facility.They say that it is a marketing office only and they have only account opening facility and no closing facility
Also customer care says that they prefer clients to do trading on phone rather than the online trading.Now I feel cheated.
Also some extra charges are levied on my account and I have not done trading yet
Being fed up of Angel broking,I just want to close the account and get my remaining money back.
Can anyone tell me from where and how to close Angel broking demat account.
This company is not professional like icici direct

Please don’t open any account with Religare Securities.Everytime you have to call for any services you have done in the trade platform.You have to bear the server related problem everytime.I have already contacted them nearly 100 times over phone for every function I carried out in the trading platform.The software is just a hell.I still can’t believe why Religare is using a third gradr software & giving third grade services to people.

They suck your money.... By all means..They will sell your shares without telling you. there are n no of hidden charges they cut from your account. They are reluctant while giving back your ( Withdrawal) money.

Simply please do not open an account with religare. If you have one transfer shares to other DMAT account & close religare account.

I have a similar case regarding the policy commission. I have bought one Aviva and one Reliance policy from RELIGARE, Agra Branch in 2008. My immediate agent left the organization just after a couple of months of my case since she was not paid her salary and incentives etc. I was told that I'll get 10% back of the policy amount as a commission. However, I have got the same for Aviva policy after a great struggle but now Reliance policy commission is still remain to get. Now I am faded-up by calling their customer care and sending emails but nobody responded me so far. Whenever I call to customer care they always provide some other numbers and out of them some are not reachable and correct as well. RELIGARE's website also does not work most of the times.

Kindly help me to resolve my issue and save other people who are being cheated by this organization.

Myself, ishwar Kumar having an account with religare securities limited opened on 12/03/2011.
i am unable to login at religare online trading platform from 25/03/2011.whenever i tried to login it showing invalid access even after changing password and using computer generated password.when i contacted the branch they said they will resolve the problem within 10 min. but they didn't resolved it even after 3 hrs. when i contacted them again they told me to lodge a complain at wecare@religare.com.i lodged the complaint they told me they will resolve my problem within 1 hr. but again the same thing.afterwards i got a call from there customer care executive he said that they never had this kind of problem ever they wil solve it shortly but till know it has not been resolved on 29/03/2011.
i am completely fed up calling the branch and the customer care i have called atleast 20 times but they just say it wll be resolved shortly due to which alongwith lose of many good trading days i have spent almost 100 rs in calling them.when i said to the branch manager for resolving problem he is telling that its not done by me IT DEPT will resolve this you just use your CALL N TRADE service if you want to trade.
they claim there customer care no is toll free but its charging money even at a rate higher than normal call rate.
beside they made many false claims at the time of account opening.they told me that the brokerage charges will be 2.0 & 20 paisa but they are charging 2.5 & 25 paisa. beside they told me that they will give me a margin of 20 times which is even advertised on their website but they are providing only 6 times when contacted they said if u want such facilities just deposit 50000 more bucks.
and their trading platform race pro is too slow and it logs off after every 10 mint. whenever you want to buy or sell you have to again login which takes almost 15 min. to load even at a broadband of 100 Mbps which just frustrate you along with loosing money and missing good opportunities.
beside i suggest you people don't open account in religare. there service is very poor before opening account they will give promise you to give excellent service but just after the day u open your account they just forget who are you.
i have already deposited 2500 rs. as an advanced brokerage with them now i want to close my account there.
can anyone suggest me waht should i do get my money back?
beside can i go to consumer court for their false claims becouse i am very much annoyed with their poor sercvice.

Religare RacePro is not good software and poor customer service.
i have opened new demat account with religare on march 2011, very first day i got small problem and i called to Religare Executive and i told the problem, but his response was "I dont know about RacePro and i will tell u tomorrow"............
2nd problem: i have placed TatacoffeEQ buy order few minutes later i try to buy ABANEQ again tatacoffee buy order is coming(its software bug).
3rd to check the executed order go to Current NET position again we have to do manually REFRESH(Time consuming issue- no automatic refresh).
no beep sound, no single click, no order entry settings like Anand Rathi.
