Sir,
This is to take your notice to the fact that has totally shaken me altogether, I have taken a policy of Reliance Life Insurance through M/s Vighnaharta Direct Insurancebroking pvt ltd. The advisors of Vignaharta direct Insurance pvt ltd, Mis.neha and Mr. Vijay Mehta had wrongly promised me about the above plan through Verbally. First they told me that they are calling from Reliance Life Insurance Company, after sufficiently convincing me about various benefits of the policy, like some 20,000 to be paid after 1 month u get a cheque of 4,000 pe year
And 150% after 3 year etc etc. Hearing all the benefits of the policy I paid the first installment of Rs.20000.00 to them in favour of Reliance Life Insurance Company. But the bond I received of Reliance Life Insurance Company not the second statement that they (Mis. Neha and Mr. vijay mehta) had told me earlier.
Now please tell me as to what should be done with such people who have cheated not only me but many innocent people like me.
Under the aforesaid circumstances, I want to withdraw my policy forthwith and request you to kindly return my money already paid to you i.e. Rs. 20000/- vide cheque dated 22.05.2010 in full at the earliest.
