I haI have 3 insurance policies from ICICI Pru. For the last 2-3 years they
stopped deducting the premium from my account as I had opted for ECS. It
used to get rectified after numerous calls and mails. Last nnov they said
that the signatures did not match and that I needed to give a fresh
signature verification for the same and I did that. Now after almost 8 years
the same thing has started happening to my second policy. I have had these
insurance policy for the last almost 8 years.I am frustrated. What are my
options.
