Sub: Mis sold of policy No. 13358242 (Young star Champion)

Dear Sir
My self Mr. SHASHIKANT BHALCHANDRA KULKARNI is the policy holder of yours No. 13358242 (Young star Champion) writing this letter to express my grievance and return the policy is sold to me.

I purchased the above policy from your representative under very good reputition of HDFC standard life in the market in December 2009.I believe that I was miss-sold above policy for the reason given below.
After receipt my policy I inquired about the value of invested by me , I am not very much sure but i.e it was around 21.000(Twenty One Thousand Only) immediately I contacted with HDFC representative who sold me above policy he attended me & convenienced that some part of your deposited amount is safe & we invested in other instrument which you can not see at this movement when you will surrender the policy that time you will get both the amounts I believed on his statement & continued.
I suppose to deposit my second installment of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand Only) in this month & to deposit the same I went to above office ,before depositing any amount I inquired about the present value of my deposited amount & surprised to here that there is no other instrument where my money is deposited ,as told by HDFC representative in earlier stage, I have been informed that my money is deducted as a some charges.
The policy hidden charges, terms & conditions were not explained to me either before or at the time to me by your representative
Hence this is case of mis sold of policy & my self don’t want to continue further hereby I would like to withdraw my above policy Pl. take it return & refund my deposited amount with int-rest.
