I have come to know bout this website while searching on google.com, and found if
you can help me.

I have purchased the policy from one of the agency of Birla sun life insurance, and
they have told me that you can insurance cover of upto 20 Lakh and policy charges
are 20000/- annum. And initially you Can pay 10000/- half yearly and rest after 6
months. So I had paid them the amt. of 10000/- and given all documents to them with
all my personal information.

Now when I have got the policy paper its full of disputes which I have seen that my
insurance cover was also just 1,90 315/- . Major difference was my height and
weight information was incorrect. There were many of my duplicate signature which
were done by fraud. And lots of things.

The only things that I have informed that there is fraud done with me on last day of
grace period of 15th day. Now I have submitted after all the documents back to them
with 2 written application. Which I am attaching for your reference and my policy
paper which have my original signs on page no. 10 and duplicate signs on page no.
11,12 & 13. Kindly help me in this case.

I have also complaint against the advisor in Birla sun life and sent the mail in
IRDA no response from there side. Birla team is saying that nothing can be done now.

I have taken an insurance from birla sun life which was taken through a private company MI Limited in which I was committed to have this & that much of returns from this policy.But according to the time committed for money back cheque,they fail to give me the cheque & when I complaint about that they fail to take actions & I myself had to go to their branch to collect the cheque.After a few days, I received a note again from the office citing a completely change policy which was all different from the previous one,which I felt that I have been cheated.Then after two months,one executive called me up that your policies had lapsed two months ago.& suprisingly,my premium was deducted from my account last month only.If my premium was lapsed two months back,they shouldn't deduct the futher amount frm my account.

Inspite of complaining again & again,nobody is ready top give solutions to my problems.& when asked for surendering the policy,they are denying to give the refunds of it,though it is clearly m\entioned in their terms & conditions that it ll be refunded if I want to surrender.Now,.my limit of patience is over & I have cometo you for a solution & wanted to take a legal actions against the fraud & the cheaters.Please revert me as soon as possible.
