Don't know how to start with,but still remember that day
when one of your Agent Mr Vinod Pandita came all across to me with smart
and attractive Policy from MaxNewyork and I unfortunately Trusted him and
gave him Rs 5000/ along with required formalities on 27th Dec 09. then
onwards days keep passing but I didn't get any response i.e Bond in
return I keep on following him on phone about the Bond and other Document
which were supposed to come across to me . All the time he gave excuses
that its in process one its login I will let you know. But all in vain.
the same Trauma kept on going in the same manner . the time gap reached
upto around dissatisfied 5 long Months. Now Stage has come neither he is
Picking my call nor he is reverting back. Then I got Your number from
Customer care I called you up with lot of hope that you being his Boss
would intervene and will resolve but Nothing has been done so far

May I have right to know the status of my own Money which was given to
Maxnewyork with hope.that it would safeguard my future

As per your commitment,I hope I will get my Money with in Weeks time.

This is for your information that one of my family member got a call from your bank life insurance agent (Jasmeet or Jaspreet) calling from New Delhi number (011-42002023) was using objectionable words/language and forcing to meet her at home.

While confirming the cause of call he said that the policy can not be explained in phone and he need to come home for explaining it to you. Once the reason of call was asked to him he said that he will always call and put your number in DND mode if you don't want the call from their side.While opposoing him for the same he started using abusive languages.

However following points performed by your company agent are still not clear -

1) Why a call was made to our personal number without any request ?
2) What is the reason that an insurance policy can be explaing after visiting home only ?
3) Why the company person are disturbing us without any permission and after opposing they are
saying that they say that they will definitly call if you are not intrested in call put your number in DND
mode, as if we do not have any other important call ?

Kindly take the necessury action against the person/agent.

It is a harsh condition for myself and my parents to this company's agent Mr.Vinod,he visited my house and convinced my parents and myself.He offered us a policy for Rs.11,000 anually and than we agreed the same with policy no:710506247.But we dont know it will create a great disater for us,after three months when we got the second insatllments notice from this company than we came to know that this above policy will cost Rs.44,000 anually comprising four equal installements.
After that we had talked at your office supervisor(sec-12,karnal) Mr.Ashish and Mrs.Alka about this particular case and they apolozise on behalf of Mr.Vinod at their mistake,and their reviews about Mr.Vinod was that he was a fraud agent.They confirmed to us that your money will be given back to you but till now we havent recieved any amount of money ,than finally we had to talk to the higher authority at this company's head office at Gurgaon with Mr.Aman Khanna(Customer service ),hence he said your money will be given back to you in three months till now eleven months has been passed and n action taken by this company agaianst my report .
So,finally we are in very much offensive condition and complaining in consumer court and thinking that we will get our money back .Hope you will reply us soon .

Sir,

BIG COMPANY BIG NAME-------I dont think that these words suits with for the profile of these company.On dated 16 Aug 2010 Your company executive name Mr Bhardwaz(Operational) called me from phone no 0172-25042540 at time 11 am from chandigarh and he talked me very roudly and he shows he dont know about my case.This is not give good service provider by the company as i think.
Would you please reply for the statement cited above.
