I gave request for the surrender of the said policy on
03/01/2011 at gurgaon branch of Birla Sun Life Insurance co. . I
submitted all the required documents along with original policy bond.
I was told that I will get all my funds transferred to my bank a/c
within 15 days. But to my shock I have'nt got my money till date i.e.
9/02/2011. Despite my follow ups on regular basis I am not getting any
response from the insurance Company.
As I was in urgent need of funds
I had borrowed money through personal loan @ 18% p.a.
I want your intervention in getting my surrender value money back
along with the interest on the whole amount and penalty for the delay.
I had approached the insurance Company many times regarding this
grievance under the complaint NO. 020592402.
