Hi All,

I have taken a policy from Birla Sunlife Insurance Limited, with a Half yearly premium of Rs. 8280.50, as on 13-11-2008 and after expiry of one year when I not got any account statement I consulted for the same via Customer care and E-mail, after getting account statement I surprised to see the charges, they per month deduct about Rs. 528.15 as administrative charges from my account, which became more than 50% of my fund invested and in this way I am not getting any thing from my fund instead of getting any benefit my hard earned money is being deducted as administrative charges. This is clear cut case of cheating, Executive of Birla Sunlife also not told about this heavy charges at the time of policy, don’t take any policy from Birla Sunlife Insurance company, they are big cheater.
I want to know that how I can make an effective complains about this fraud and cheating case.

I have invested 70,000/- in the tax saving policy and now after 3 years i am at loss. My purpose of saving has got me into huge losses. I am now getting quite less amount on the amount that i have invested. I suggest all not to invest in Birla Sun Life Funds, and invest in some other funds.

I am give the last warning of your company on behalf of my rejected policy payout Rs.25000/- which is long still pending for refund my rejected policy no.3653681.
Firstly,I am very upset to your co. which is not responding of my 3 & last warning for your employee (Mr.Vikash Dobhal,SM)who is not taking serious & not giving response any further inquiry.
Plz find attached file which is deposited hard copy in your branch on date 04/02/2010.
I am not responsible for any legal action for your employee & company.

Birla, Tata, Bajaj, etc.. all private organisations are cheaters, best go for LIC or SBI,
You better pay Tax instead of investing in private organisations , that way govt can do some good things for you

I met an agent from behalf of citibank . he convinced me to hold a policy that after 3 years or 5 years you will get the money if you want , Now they are telling yours are term 20 years plan . you have to invest upto 20 years. i lost my hope on birla sun life . so i decided to stop investing further . if i close the amount after 3 years . i will get 15 k instead of 75 k . the loss is 60 k . let it be loss is 25 k . i cant follow upto 20 years . birla sun life will not be there at the 20 th year. so i am begging you all dont go for birla sun life and also birla product. After that god also cant help you .
