Hi, I took Health Care policies (HCP25000010661/2) from TATA AIG last year
in my name and my parent's name. When the policies expired this April, I
received a call from TATA AIG saying that since I haven't made any claims
last year, I can get the entire premium back once I get my policies active
again. I wasn't convinced but they called by more than 10 times through
different people to get me convinced. Once I got the policies activated and
the premium was deducted from my credit card, I called TATA AIG to cancel
(cancel request no. 693568) my policy, so that i can get the entire amount
the both year's premium refunded back. To this, they said there's so no such
policy of their's to refund the premium amount. Moreover, they are taking
ages to cancel even my present running policies and refund the amount for
