this is with reference to my request regarding application no A 17295288 sent to you
in april 2009. this is again to remind you that i, sudhendu sharma, s/o sh B M
sharma had applied for your children dream plan policy in january 2009 vide
application number cited above through your ludhiana agent named Priya. though i was
asssured by the said agent that i would receive the policy in 20-25 days, yet up to
today i.e. may 14, 2009 i have not not received policy. she should have told me that
in aditya birla sun life insurance the waiting period for receipt of policies can be
two months , three months or 4,5,6 ..... months or more. and that too after 4-5....
or more no of correspondences. i have also written in detail in april (about one
month ago) about my problem of non receipt of policy and the uncooperative attitude
of your ludhiana office bearers including agent priya to your customer service
through e mail, i have not received any reply for my querries. is it all about your
so called 'customer services'. then thank God i have only deposited 3000/- thousand
rupees as my first quarterly installment. but you do not think that i would let you
or your agent free to grab my hard earned money and let god to do the verdict. i am
going to take my problem to consumer court if i do not get my policy in 7 days. and
then further correspondence will be through consumer court only
