Dear Sir / Mam,

ICICI Prudential Person had Approached to me for the purchase of ICICI Prudential Pinnacle II Plan, for which I have given then a Cheque of Rs 50,000/-, which was not invested immediately. on a very next day I called that person and that Person Informed me that the amount is still not invested as market was bad yesterday so i told hewr not to invest the same as I was in need of money and she confirmed the same. (I have a recorded conversation of the same)
They had some tagets to accomplish and because of it she went to Bangkok for next 5 days when her phone was not reachable.
After 4-5 dyas I received the Policy document at my residential address, then i called again that ICICI Prudential person but that person told me that We will go for the Free Look and you wont loose a single rupee.

After putting a Free Look request I have received app. Rs 47,600/- in my account and I lost the balance amount, when I tried to call that ICICI Person her phone was not reachable and when I contacted their customer care they told me that the amount is because of fluctuation of market for which they are not responsible.

I have lost money having no mistake of mine. Isnt ICICI Prudential Responsible for the behaviors for their employees?

I tried to contact their higher authorities as well but could not reach to them.
