My name is Deepali Rai. I recently have brought an LIC Policy # (115333112)
by Bhika Ji Kama Place Branch New Delhi.

After receiving my receipt I recognized that this policy is not as per the
commitment, it has high premium charges that I can never pay and the policy
provides safety to my child. However, when I have taken this policy I was
not even married.

The agent and branch manager both are harassing me a lot and not ready to
cancel this policy. I have yet to receive the bond papers and I am eligible
to cancel this policy as per the terms & condition. I have submitted two
applications but still NO RESPONSE.. I am tired of traveling to the branch
office and the head office (Janpath). I have 2 receiving letters that shows
that I have submitted my applications to cancel this. Please help me…

Policy Date: 25 March, 2009

Cancellation Request submitted in Branch office: April 1, 2009.

Escalated the issue to CRM Manager at Janpath on: April 08, 2009.

NAME: OJAS SATARDEKAR
Dear Sir.

I have deposited cheque against my Policy no. 893417320 on 20th Sept.2008 (bank
letter and Back side of cheque having Policy no.) in Goregaon Br.-89H.

But in 89-H branch wrongly adjusted the Cheque against wrong policy no.893417302.

After having continuous follow up with branch and Lic -Division office from last
7-8 months. I still not get refund in my policy account. My policy is now in laps
condition.

I also registered my complaint in net also but the problem is still there.

Now what can I do for recovering My Rs.5000 Premium plus Expense of last 7-8 month
for following up with LIC

Please help me

My Friend's father is working as a government employee and without his permission and consent one lic agent had put 20 policies in his name and now he didn't receieve his salary, now he is receieving only 200 as monthly salary, his salary 12500 has been recovered as lic premium charges, HE already lodged a complaint to the lic office to cancel those policies but for one month there is no response from the lic and they keep on deducting premium from his salary. And another problem is still he didn't receieve the policy copy and the premium receipt also.. More than 6 months over, now please suggest us how to proceed further...

The branch is Lic neyveli Branch and the person is working in NLC ltd Neyveli..
