I have taken Birla Sun Life , my policy no is 004132034. They had tie up with citibank while giving policy. After an year without any notification, citibank stopped paying amount to Birla sun life. Also there was no call from any Birla Sunlife representative who gave policy. After 2 months , when called representative to know the status , he came to office and told citibank will not give payments further and I have to make one time payment, and collected check of 30,246, which is one year premium. After another 6 months , I recieved the check saying , representative has not taken my signature in proper place due to which I had to go to visit Birla Sun life Insurance center, I had to take pain for any year resolving this issue along with my busy work and personal life. After submitting in Center , again I got check back saying , people in Center also has not submitted properly !!!. A year went on like this where next installement due time came on,again I had to visit to center to pay 60,492 , including next year premium. Now they have made my policy status lapsed !!!(No calls from insurance people nothing, they only call people when they want to sell policy). Now after saying 60,492, I completed paying 90,738 for total 3 years. Now my fund value they are saying it as 43000, all the other amount they have deducted for late payment !!!!, where I have not made any mistake . After paying 90738, I have to take less than half of amount , which is really a pain. Please let me know if this case can be resolve and my amount is returned back.
