    Beware of Life insurance plans offered by Reliance, which promise too good to be true rate of returns....

    I was convinced by their telemarketer of 16% p.a. returns and which then was followed up a person name Mr. Nitin (Ph# 9711674360, email id : nkumar6@uniconindia.in). He is supposed to be Business Head of Unicon India Unicon Investment Solutions. He called up and explained again regarding 16% p.a. returns of the policy. He then visited my home and again explained how it's 16% p.a. twisting the facts given in their benefit illustration.

    After multiple explanations and benefit illustration from reliance life website, I was convinced and invested in policy. However, as soon as I received the policy and went thur their terms, I realized that there is some problem and asked Nitin to send 16% p.a. returns letter on reliance life letter head. Nitin kept sidelining the question and never sent me the letter. I then spoke to reliance life sustomer care and asked them to specify actual returns, I will get at maturity (10 years). This customer support person also kept me on hold for long and did not answer me straignt-forward. When I told them that I recording the conversation, he immediately came back that returns will be somewhere about 3 to 4%.

    Next day, I went to Reliance Life office and cancelled my policy. Policy Number# 18216937. I specified cancellation reason and also spoke to their manager on what actions they can take. To my surprise, he told that they cannot take any action and asked another representative to help me out. After helping out in documentation, this fellow started selling me another policy... I wrote an email to Reliance life support, got back 3 SMSes that my policy has been sent to my address Screwed up system....

    I don't know if any reliance life management will ever come across this message and try to clean it up.. But then it is probably them, who has created this mess and who gets most benefited.

    Default Complain against the sales team told wrong conditions

    I HAVE PURCHASED IN FEB-2011 RELIANCE MONEY MULTIPLIER PLAN. IT WAS TOLD TO ME (I) IT IS FOR 5 YEAR PLAN (II) AFTER 5 YEAR GET Rs. 2,25,000/- IF YEARLY PAID Rs. 30,000/- (3) MEDICLAIM OF FOUR PERSONS DURING THE PERIOD OF Rs. 1,50,000/- (4) INSURANCE OF Rs. 3,00,000/- IN ACCIDENTAL OR NORMAL DEATH. (5) 100 HOSPITALS ARE COVERED IN MEDICLAIM (6) 15,000/- CHEQUE WOULD BE GIVEN AFTER 90 DAYS OF POLICY DATE.
    MY COMPLAIN IS ABOUT THAT THE ABOVE SAID CONDITIONS ARE TRUE OR NOT. NO MEDICLAIM POLICY BOND AND CARDS ARE PROVIDED TO ME SO FAR. AND MR VIKAS YADAV WHO ARE THE SALES EXECUTIVE HAS TAKEN ANY FAMILY MEMBERS INFORMATIONS.

    SO I WANT TO SURRENDER THIS POLICY AND WANT MY MONEY BACK.

    AFTER PAYMENT OF MY CHEQUE ON 10.05.2011. I HAVE 20-30 TIMES TELEPHONE TALKS WITH MR.AMAN SHRIVASTA AND MR MANJOOR AT UDAIPUR AND MR VINIT GOEL AND MR VIJAY AT AJMER FOR RECEIPT OF MY PAYMENT WHICH WAS NOT SENT AND AFTER SO MANY REMINDERS IT WAS MAILED TO ME ON 28.05.2011 JUST AFTER ONE AND HALF MONTH AND EVEN THE POLICY HAS NOT BEEN SEND TO ME TILL THE DATE OF THIS COMPLAINT IE.17.06.2011 FOR WHICH I HAVE PHONED SO MANY TIMES.     Unhappy BEWARE of Calls received from RELIANCE LIFE INSURANCE CUSTOMER CARE

    Hi,

    I am Ravinder Sharma.

    Beware of calls received from customer care of Reliance Insurance Co.

    I received a call from Reliance Customer care from Delhi-Janakpuri regarding policy. He explained me that you will get one gift from these offered (LCD32" Sony Bravia, Washing Machine, 165 Ltr Refrigerator,
    Microwave oven) + One Tour package if you take a policy of Rs.25-30K per year. After elaboration of policy profits, I have taken one policy of Rs.15000/- per month (Client ID: 78219867, Policy No: 18298405, Date of Start-21-12-10, Advisor Code: 21192540).

    Thereafter, i again received a call from them, they said if you will take another policy and total amount become 25K then you will get one gift (LCD32" Sony Bravia, Washing Machine, 165 Ltr Refrigerator, Microwave oven) + One Tour package .

    Then I have taken another policy of Rs.10K (Client ID: 78219867, Policy No: 18454677, Date of Start-14-03-11, Advisor Code: 21192540). They said the gift will be provided to you after 1 month of receipt of
    policy papers but when i called them they extending the dates of providing gifts.
    The following agents were in the loop - Mukesh (9953591041 & 9953716062), Rahul (9811267609), Anil (9990071129), Manoj (9310076175).

    Again I rang on 9th July to Rahul (9811267609), he replied Sir, i have stopped this business of Reliance policy and doing another business. I told him, i have recorded all your words during our communication and i will produce them in the police station, he said nothing.

    Actually, i belongs to Distt-Mewat, Tauru Town and Delhi to & fro distance is greater from my residence. That is why i unable to chase them up.

    I am very disappointed that the Reliance have involved third party agents who are playing the game with our hard earned money and mistreat the brand name of Reliance.

    But thanks god, my money is deposited by the above brokers in the Reliance policy account but not received the gifts.

    I urge if anybody can help.

    Insurance policy sold by reliance advisor with Fraud commitment of personal loan


    I have got a reliance life insurance policy no 18655310.
    Policy details are as follows :
    Plan name : Reliance life insurance money multiplier plan
    Premium Paying term : 10 years
    Policy term : 10 years
    Date of commencement of plan : 02/03/2011
    Basic sum Assured : 340,490.00
    Frequency of Premium payment : Yearly
    Instalment premium : 49,999.74
    Amount held in Suspense : 0.26
    Client id number : 79011945
    Advisor's code number : 21212142
    Advisor's Name : India Infoline Insurance Brokers Ltd.
    This policy has been taken by me through an advisor "Indian Infoline Insurance Brokers Ltd" as the process of applying for a Personal Loan in RBS bank (Royal Bank Of Scotland) for an amount of 15 Lakhs. As in the insurance application number D0029522 mentioned, the purpose of insurance is "SECURE LOAN (15L)". Along with the application number , i have provided a xerox copy of PAN CARD and purposely i have mentioned the "Personal Loan" along with my signature.
    To know the status of my personal loan, i have called RBS Bank people and came to know that Bank has freezed providing personal loans since 6 months. Then i realised that India Infoline advisor made me a false commitment regarding personal loan and made me take this insurance policy which is against loan amount as mentioned in the application. When the process of loan is in progress mentioned by advisor and per their instructions, i have deposited a cheque of Rs. 50,000 towards insurance policy premium amount.
    The advisor who sold me this insurance informed me that this Rs 50,000 amount is only one time payment towards premium amount and not like regular insurance policy even though after i mentioned about the frequency of premium payment is Yearly. Advisor said that its just merely mentioned in the application as frequency of premium payment "Yearly" but not to worry about this as these are internal Reliance company loop holes. So paying an yearly premium is not necessary and only one time payment is needed for the purpose of Loan.
    Now when i have been calling reliance customer care people on
    3033 8181toll free number to inquire about the Insurace and advisory details, customer agents are not properly responding to the call and transferring my call to different destinations instead of trying to understand my issue. And finally when i got proper response from customer agent after 10days of trail, it left me astonishing to know that Reliance doesnt maintain its advisor's information.In the complete story, i realized that Reliance life insurance company is playing new gimmicks on public to sell their Life insurance policies in the name of RBS bank personal loans. These cheap tricks are not though expected from a renowned and reputed company like Reliance, now i would like to take back the policy and demand full premium amount of Rs.50,000 which i paid towards policy. I would request company to take certain acute and possible actions against the advisor and fulfill my request as mentioned above since this is not ethical way to sell a policy.
    If no actions are taken for the above complaint, then i would like to inform you that a complaint would be lodged against Reliance life insurance company in Consumer Court on fraud along with IRDA (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority) cell.

    Unhappy Policy valid or not

    my self deepaksarki i have taken one policy of paying 50000 per year but ijust paid 1st pemium in august 2008 but after that i have not paid anything but in 2011 november i got mail from you for my birthday whis
    so i just wanted to know is my policy valid or not if it is valid where should i contact
