I had applied for Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited on 8-9-2010, The insurance agent Ms Hemlata(City Head) from South Extn Branch not provide me proper information in selection of insurance, she asked that if i purchase insurance from her, she give me a medicalclaim policy free of cost after i made payment for insurance policy she refused that it is not possible, we can't give you mediclaim policy free of cost . I made several complain telephonically to Mr Sunny Sachdeva(Business Manager), Mr Anwar Azad(City Head). They login on my insurance on 18-Nov-2010 but i had applied for same on 8-Sept-2010, after that i have not received my insurance bond till 23-Nov-2010, I asked to the all staff of Future Genrali for cancellation of my policy they asked me to send witten letter for cancellation by courier to their Admin department I had send Application for cancellation of my policy on 23-Nov-2010 by couier to Ms Lavina Rastogi (Admin Head) they received my courier on 25-Nov-2010 (scan copy of letter and POD are attached) but no action taken by company till now. I am making call to the staff for cancellation status of my policy they talking indecently.
