This is regarding Bajaj Allianz insurance limited, from whom i got my isurance done and my monthly ECS facility due on 4th but from last two months it is debited on 2nd of every month and in this regards i got a notification two days back that "they may take money from account four to five days in advance"...on which i replied and called on there customer care and lodge a complaint no. 137379 and my policy number is 0105008714, now this month again they tried sourcing and due to insuffcient balance it got returned , now issue is it is directly effecting my credit worthiness since this date i have nmot missed out on any dates and will effect my policy as well, this is sheer cheating and I wan't proper justice to this, pls respond me on ashi_taps@yahoo.co.in
