Dear sir,
i was insurance my father with max new york life insurance company, ahmedabad 1 branch, my fatgers policy no is : 349402875 dated : 14-april-2008.
My fathers death dated : 08-11-2009. My was paid of premium till date and policy are inforce till date. But company was not paid claim.
I have submitted by all documents in company. Please helpful me.
