    Angry Complaint againt ICICI Prudential

    Hi,

    My name is Hem Prakash. I did take a ICICI Prudential Smart kid policy no. 14443805 for my son Adarsh on 6 Sep-10. After 1 week, I got a call from ICICI Pru that you policy has been issued and you will get the welcome kit within 21 days. I waited for the welcome kit but didn't get the same.

    I contacted customer care and they have updated me that you address was incorrect and this is the reason you didn't get it. I verified the address and found that the address was correct and customer care logged a complaint and updated me that you will get it within 21 days. It happened 2 times and customer care given the same reason to do not sent the kit on my postal address.

    I was very disappointed and asked for bill no and courier service. It was Blue dart and bill no was 40267535291. I connected to Blue dart and asked for the same. Blue dart updated that address mentioned on the welcome kit was not your home address, it was Mathura branch address (my postal address is in Mathura). My welcome kit was dispatched to Mathura ICICI Prudential branch and not to my home address.

    ICICI Prudential Mathura branch is not delivering my welcome kit to my postal for a long time and showing the reason to ICICI Pru head office as incorrect postal address.

    My address is around 20 years old and this is 1st time that I am not getting a document at this address. I have again requested customer care to log a complaint against this Mathura branch (complaint no-29969041) and take an action and requested to send my welcome kit from Mathura branch to my postal address.

    This was my 1st experience with this insurance company. I will never suggest anyone to take any policy of this insurance company and will never invest in any policy of ICICI group.

    I have read so many forums and feel that this is a fraud group and have cheated so many people.

    Bottom line, I am still waiting for the welcome kit.

    Hope it will help someone to know about this insurance company.

    Wink Icici prudential maturity amount less than amount paid

    I took ICICI prudential save 'n' protect policy No 00143065 with monthly premium of Rs 1580 per month on an average and the amount paid by me towards premium so far inclusive of service tax is Rs 1.90 lakhs from May 2002 to April 2012(120 months).Policy was due for maturiy on 22/05/2012 and as per the procedure conveyed to me by them, I submitted my maturity claim at thei Jayanagar 3 rd block service center on 23/04/2012 with all formalities.
    Today-21/05/2012, I was shocked to receive a message from my bank that they have credited Rs 1,88,281.17 as maturity amount. Had I invested the same amount in my bank as RD, I would have got a maturity amount not less than 3.40 lakhs(Rate of interest in May 2002 was more than 11 percent for Bank staff).

    If a policy holder gets maturity amount less than the amount paid as premium, after 10 years, I am unable to understand as to why we should invest in any insurance policy.
    I reiterate that I have not surrendered the policy but submitted only maturity claim. My request to public is not to invest in ICICI prudential at any cost, as the maturity amount will be less than the premium paid even after 10 years.
    I did not get any IT benefit since the amount invested by me under section 88 was more than 3 lakhs per year all these years.

    Default Worst ICICI Prudential Service

    Hi I am Prasad Bapardekar, I have taken ICICI prulife policy no “16622436″ on 25 March 2012. Before taking the policy the representative for giving the information of the policy and after that I gone for this policy. During our conversation he told me that “You can use ur ICICI Credit Card and pay the amount and later on I will convert ur CC amount in EMI with free of cost” but the amount was not converted to EMI instead of that ICICI credit card department ask me to pay eatra Rs 1000. I cleared my CC amount but still I not received my document of ICICI Pru Life. Till 8 Jun 2012 I waited and on 9 Jun I went to mulund branch of ICICI prulife and applied for cancellation of my policy for that I provided my ID proof and one ICICI A/c Cancalled check. They told me that the amount will get credited to my ICICI saving A/c amount in 10 working days. But they logged my complaint on 20 Jun 2012 and by 28 Jun 2012 you will received that amount into ur ICICI Saving A/c. But till date 5 Jul 2012 I didnt received my amount. When I called to them they simply say the amount got reversal when we try to credit to your ICICI CC A/c. I dont know whats wrong with them When I clearly mention that I want my amount into my ICICI Saving A/c.Every time I called them they keep on misguiding me and making false commetment that will seriously look into this matter.

    What should I do in this case. Its really very shamefull part on ICICI prulife.

    I will never go for any relation with ICICI prulife in future and I suggest all my friend never to buy any policy with ICICI prilife.

    Default Forged Transaction from ICICIPRU at my Credit card

    Hello ICICI Bank ,

    You guys have started forging legally, first making cancellation processes so tedious that a common man should leave his job to get your things cancelled. Anyways it’s the issue every year am facing, I don’t have any policy with ICICIPRU , last year also they charged my card and I told them that I have cancelled my policy and if its still activated …… kindly close the policy as I don’t want to carry it further , this yr also they have charged my card , I don’t know when you guys can activate everything on phone i.e when you have to take money you services are authenticated on phone and when its cancellation time you need 100000 documents.
    Anyways either its ICICI credit card division or ICICI pru division , I don’t care from now on , I have been your trusted customer from a decade , have used my credit card like crazy and given you hell lot of business but now when you guys are not listening , I also wont.
    I have not authorized below transaction, its forged. Kindly look into it. I won’t be paying that amount and from today till the grievance is resolved I won’t be paying any interest cause I was going to clear my balance today when I saw this payment.
    Your Call center sucks , I told them to block this transaction , they simply denied , Its my card if am telling you to block certain transaction how can you deny , I mean I don’t have proofs for call centre conversations , otherwise I would have attached that also with this email.
    I have blocked all my credit cards online today , I am not responsible if something happens from now on , transaction details as under should be reversed , I have not authorized ICICIPRU to charge my card , If they don’t have authorization they cannot charge it . Hence I have blocked my card and I am not gonna pay for it.
    To hell with the ICICI PRU .
