Hi,

I'm holding a life insurance policy from ING Vysya. I was supposed to receive Rs 60,000 as "Survival benefit" in Nov 2009 per policy document and I've not received the same yet. When I contact them, they say that they had dispatched the cheque and it has already been encashed. However, I've not received (and obviously, nor encashed) the cheque. Now they are saying that they can not do anything about this.

Request your assistance in recovering my money back. I can furnish other details if needed.
