2nd time two more policies

I had purchased above mentioned four plaices from Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. through the company's agent ACS Advisory Services-83 SC Mukherjee road,3rd floor,kolkata-26.
At the times of renew of two above policies I received a statement for fund value through above mentioned agencies. In which the value of fund Rs 43828.79 on dated 23/08/2010 and Rs 43021.56 on dated 23/08/2010.(and for 2nd time Rs 28212.75& 28871.33) But in mean time I got a statement account through ordinary post from Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. ltd Mumbai. In which there is vast difference in fund value near about 50% approx. in both policies. Further I brought the original document with all statement a/c at your zonal office Kolkata i.e. 3A ..sakespear sarani, kokkata.and met with madam Suparna and she gone through all the matter and accepted the fact that there is some manipulation and temptation with the original document by the agent and the above mentioned agent had cheated with me. Then she logged a complain and forwarded the matter to Mr. Sujan Ahemad(ASM) and assured that the matter will be solved as soon as possible.

After sometime I send letter to Head Customer Response & Resolution ,Thane West,Mumbai-400601on 20/09/2010 through speed post along with all the facts and xerox copy of all documents. After sometime I received a letter from your office which stated that my matter will be solved within 15 days. But unfortunately there is no response till now

further I have contacted or complain by phone to customer care unit several times to different officers there details are as follows;

But unfortunately there is no action taken . who utilized the good will of Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. & cheated with investors who invest the money in the name of BSIL good will .



If there is no response within 15 days then I am bound to move to the consumer court and fight against it.


Note: if there is any financial loss it is in your account because I hope your co. is not interest to save the investor faith/money (near about six month going on)
