Dear Sir/Madam

I M D Rakeeb Ur Rahman, using a ICICI Credit Card. On that basis i got a call from customer people, telling that they will increase my credit limit of my credit card, if i buy the ICICI Lombard policy. I just ingonred them and told, i am not interested. They again and again called me and said the same thing, and they even said that i can cancel the policy the same day, and i will get some points so that they will increase my credit limit. They even told me not to worry, the policy will be cancelled the same day, and iwill get some points to my credit card, so that day can increase my credit. I thought any how the polcy will be cancelled and my credit limit will be increased. Thinking that i agreed.
The same day even i got my confirmation and cancellation call of the policy. They told me that the polic has been cancelled and my credit limit willbe increased with in 40 days i will get a new card. 40 days over and i didnt got any card.
Than in my this May month credit card statement it shows that i need to pay my Policy premium.

When i called the customer care of ICICI lombard, she is telling it cant be cancelled now,i need to pay some amount of 1,500 Rs.
When i did not gotany policy,when i dont know whats that policy how can i pay.Please hepl me out.
Even my credit limit also they not increased. I donno wat to do.
