Sir, Icici prudential sent a policy document, made payment against my credit card
Now When I submitted everything back to them with a written application they refuse to
cancel the policy and refuse to refund my hard earned money They are sending credit card payment statement monthly charing interest upon interest and when i refused to pay
the removed from my saving a/c and still they are sending credit card statement with huge amount. Sir how to stop this and how to get my hard earned money back.

We acknowledge the receipt of your complaint dated May 19, 2009 for your LifeGuard Policy (UIN: 105N006V01), Policy number 09870457.



We wish to assure you that we have reviewed your complaint thoroughly and abide by our earlier decision.



Kindly note that the policy document was retained by you and you did not raise any concern on policy terms and conditions during the Freelook period. This clearly implied that you were agreeable to all the policy terms and conditions and the details in the proposal form.



The welcome kit has been delivered on September 16, 2008 as per our records.



We regret to inform you that we are not in the position to refund the premiums paid by you as the 15 day free-look period starting from the day that you receive the policy has expired.
