My Brother-n-low has open one Insurance policy in Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co.Ltd through Golden Trust Financial Services on 23rd Febuary'2005 Policy No-oG-05-2401-9960-00000041 Sl.No-2256.But unluckly my brother in low was shot dead by unidendify person on 3rd of March'08. after he died his wife Mrs, Akumla Jamir (Nominee )claim the Insurance through GTFS and the Investigator Mr, Dilip Kalita also came and took all the necessary Documents with him.but the Bajaj Allianz co has Reject the Claim. After issuing a Rejection letter againt they call us to re-submitted all the Documents to Re-open the Policy. So, I submitted all the necessary Documents but till now no reply has been received from the company nither from GTFS nor Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co.So, I therefore request you to kindly look up the matter and do necessary decission for the claim policy.
