Beware of ICICI Prudential and Lombard

These people target mainly a/c holders and credit card holders
They send a policy document and asking to return within 15 days from receipt if not satisfied. They record all your conversation.
If we try to save courier charges, we will be in trouble. They make payment from the credit card and say For only Rs 500 Your life is secured for Rs 10 Lakh. When the credit card statement comes, it comes after the duedate this is to levy interest on interest.
When u go to return the policy, though it is mentioned on printed sheets policy can be cancelled at any time, they are not cancelling.
It is only a lifeguard policy and nothing we get back on survival, they are not disclosing this before
They keep on sending interest levied upon interest and finally apply LIEN a/c rule and deduct from saving a/c it comes double the premuim amount. Sir i have become the victim of this scheme, They deducted my hard earned salary for no purpose as I have returned everything I received from them back to them. Sir Please advise how to get back my hard earned money back

If you are facing any kind of issue with ICICI, just send a written notice to the CMD of ICICI, mention all the details in it and ask them for the refund if you are not satisfied from the service.
If the parent company will not solve your problem and you want to knock the consumer court then this notice will strengthen your case.
