plz check whether he has opted for critical illness rider. if it is can be eligible for the claim since he opted for ADD rider it
be eligible for the claim for his condition. That ADD rider will applicable only Dismemberment happend thru Accident.So check
with ur adviser.

I had taken your policy LLG1205710 in Jan 2006. My half yearly
premium in 15750, The problem is that the policy details of some other person of same name, same birth date, are flashing on my client id i.e 468993. means that same client id has been issued to two persons. his policy number is WSG1451707. His mails are coming on my mail id, his letters are coming on my address far two years, i have been informing aviva by mails customer care phones, written applications with original documents your Jalandhar branch to Mr. Rakesh sharma in august month this year. but my all efforts are in vain. still that problem is existing, i don't know what has happen to my original documents,that problem is still existing and nobody wants to rectify it. i have no other option but to go to consumer forum against your maltreatment. it is my biggest blunder of my life that i had taken your policy. and i m going through mental agony and stress.it is my humble request to you to please look into this matter and send back my original documents after original documents.
