I am the policy holder of Birla, where my husband's name after his death has been transferred to my name and due to financial problems in between I was unable to pay the premiums and hence the policy was lapsed. Now I paid all the premiums according to the requirements of the the insurer: BIRLA SUNLIFE INSURANCE CO. LTD., but till now again and again I am making the payment in monthly mode and submitting again the again all the requirements again and again asked by the Birla staffs for the revival of my policy. But surprised to know that from last 6-7 months my policy is not taken any care of and not revived too and very bad response by this company. My emails are not answered, my phones are not connected with the customer care cell (updation or policy cannot be tracked due to net problems is always the answer). Neither this peoples calls me and give proper advice. POLICY NO: 871070. NOW I AM IN A BIG PROBLEM AND FED UP OF CONTACTING THIS PEOPLE. I WILL BE VERY MUCH GRATEFUL IF YOU CAN HELP ME IN THIS AND GIVE ME A FINAL SOLUTION BY REVIVING MY POLICY.
