Myself Sindhu Gupta D/O: V.D.Gupta R/O:H No. 1/60,Shant Nagar,Janipur Jammu had bought Policy No:001479919 of Birla Sun Life Insurance Company from Anand Rathi,Residency Road,Jammu on 15 Feb,2008, premium amount:Rs 7500,receipt no:5718002,due date of next Premium was August 2008, I had paid the Rs 15000 cash in April 2009 to Anand Rathi, with receipt no:2069.
I received the receipt from Birla Sun Life, by post ,receipt no:11098986 in 12 April,2009.
After that I got a phone call from Birla Sun Life ,Mumbai office ,in January 2010 ,as per them , my Policy had been Lapsed.I visited Anand Rathi office and Birla Sun Life office in Jammu.As per Birla Sun Life , the recipt no:11098986 received by me was fake.As per Anand Rathi ,they had given the full payment to the concerned person of Birla Sun life.
Now,It is my urgent request to kindlyhelp me look after the matter as soon as possible as I am frustrated visting one office after another for the same.
