Hi,
This is Aditi GS i hold a Tata Aig Life Insurance with the Policy No. C310536390

In details:
• When I had initially got the insurance done I was told every 3 yrs once I will be paid the premium amount.
• Then received a mailer that will be accumulated & then paid by term end.
• Then received a call 1.5 month back stating I will receive a cheque of 20K or so, will be delivered in a day or two.
• I dint receive any, so called the customer care they told there is one cheque which was sent on Jan 2010 but has returned back due to non traceable address. Would it take 8 months to delivery this?
• Then was told will receive call back which I never did.
• I have been calling Tata Aig ‘n’ no. of times with no solution. Every time I have called I have been told will receive a call by EOD, but have never got. Even today had spoke to a CSR. But no results yet.
• I want the amount that they are supposed to pay me with the interest calculated as it has never reached me.
I have also been sending mails to 'life.complaints@tata-aig.com' but no reply to any of the mails.
Even today i spoke to an advisor & asked him to escalate the call to next level.
Spoke to Gauri. but again gave me a different assurance saying it would take 11 days to delivery a post.
Before this Rajesh who heads the complaint division for South had told that i will recive a check by 15th Oct
& i need not make any further follow up.
I am again end up making the follow up on daily basis.

Hoping this Forum will help me get my hard earn money back as soon as possible.

I request all who are planning to buy Tata AIG , pls dont. Its a mystery.
