I have taken a policy no. 0123506966 from Bajaj Allianz, Jaipur , Ashok Marg, C-Scheme, Jaipur Rajasthan on Dated 24.03.2009.

and i have received my bond on dated 01.04.2009 and when i was cheking in detail, i have checked charges for this policy then i found that charges are very high.

Then i returned my original bond to the Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company office, situated at Ashok Marg, C-Scheme, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

One Day i have recd. a SMS on dated 08.04.2009 at 6:11 Pm th. LM-BALIC - (Your request no. 1120100 for freelook cancellation of policy no. is cancelled by you. Bajaj Allianz Life) But i have never cancelled this freelook request against my policy and written a mail immediately to the bajaj allianz operations manager Sh. Sudesh Khare that i have never cancelled my freelook request and i want to back my full policy amount that is 18000.00 for premium and 22000.00 for topup amount, Total 40,000.

But after many mails & phone calls to Sh. Sudesh Khare (operations manager) & Divisional Manager Sh. Ritesh Srivastava , reply was we can't help.

Please help to resolve the problem. I have used my rights as a customer.
