I wish to inform that I am Bharti Axa Life insurance policy holder ie 500-1862068.

While opening this account I was told that monthly premium will be debited from your account through ECS and you have a choice 2nd or 19th of month for ECS, so I gave them 19th because I am paid on 11th of month.

but now they say ECS date has been changed its 9th.

All due to this, I am charged for 'ECS bounce' every monthly.

I talked to them several times they just gives excuses and excuses.
