Subject I want to cancel My Policy In freelook Period.

I policy had been taken by me by your company.(Reliance life insurance.co.ltd)
I took that very policy on 20 10 2008
Because of some Problem I want to cancel my policy.
and i put one application for cancellation at pritampura Branch in delhi. on november.
Without Policy Doument Because Till date I didn't Recive my policy Document.
I Put cancel application 3 times. and that too one branch.,
and i called up your coustomer care office wihich is 180030008181.
but allways your coustomer care executive and your branch officer say to me Work is in process.
after some time they said you will have to put application again.
now 2 month has been over.
now this is my Last request.
if you will do something then good otherwise i will go at C.N.B.C awaaz, and consumer cort.
and one police complainte for your advisor. and your branch officer.

I request you last time.

May you will do better then Before . Because your brand is very big ADAG grops.

But There is no any help for leymen.
