In March 2010- proposal made for wealth plus policy for self- age 57- premium 20000/- wrong policy made by LIC -Chennai- CBO-3 ( Branch 719 ) policy 719157351 dt 7-5-2010 with charges of Health Extra -I - no details and reasons given for health extra- no consent taken for preparing policy ?No response even after visits to zonal office, divisional office( meeting NEW BUSINESS DEPT IN CHARGE ), BRANCH OFFICE meeting branch manager Policy not handed over for more than 30 days ? after getting details - request for cancel and refund of full amount--- LIC zonal office , divisional office , branch office agree that policy issued by mistake but now intentionally delaying in refunding the amount by making false excuses and trying to put blame on me for some reason or other- sent emails to all including chairman@licindia.com -- however absolutely no response- Pl inform your emailid so that entire matter can e sent to you- In the meanwhile pl take further action in refund of amount-- EVEN EMAILS TO CHAIRMAN- NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT- URGENT ACTION PLEASE - MAKHAN LAL JHAVER
