Bajaj Allianz- ULIP

    Default Bajaj Allianz- ULIP

    I have requested number of times to Bajaj Allianz Executives for O-pin to monitor my fund online. Online fund switching facility is available to switch my fund as promised by Bajaj Allianz executive at the time of purchase of the policy. Based on above statement of their executive I have taken insurance policy and within a one month
    after receipt of the policy, I have applied for O-pin with all necessary documents to generate my O-Pin and same have confirmed during teleconferencing with Bajaj Allianz Executive (Noida branch & their head office, pune). But after my vigorous follow-up till date I am not received.

    Due to non-availability of my O-pin I was unable to switch my equity funds into secure funds during in deficit market scenario and i have loss around Rs. 30,000/- as on date.

    Default Ulip plan, do not buy any

    Today the 90% are fraud, how can a comman man can trust if such a reputed company do like this, I also faced the problems due to such type of people, I faced the same issue with SBI, name changed but the work is same, I suggest you to donot buy every the ulip plan of Bajaj, and one of my friend took a Ulip plan of Relaince (the no one thief of India), inka to bus naam hi kaafi hai.

    Angry Fraud by bajaj allianz

    I have taken life insurance policy under ulip plan policy no-0015729490 on march 2006 of 40000 rs annual premium.
    That time i have instructed them not to put my money in equity fund.
    But when ever I asked my fund value my agent refused to tell by rolling of words.
    now after 45 months after insisting lot many times today 19-01-10 they told final fund value of my fund just 61000/- rs where i have deposited 120000/-rs. means my 50% capital is erosed.
    and still they are not entertaining me properly. They are not giving any details of my money.
    What do i do now? please give me some solution if there is any one.

    Default Online payment money is neither revert back nor credited to my policy

    Hi,
    I have Bajaj Allianz ULIP policy. For this I made online payment on 18th Dec,2009 on bajaj allianz portal site.
    but, due to some technical problem in bajaj allianz portal site (which they accepted) money is not credited to my policy, but money was deducted from my credit card account.
    After that my nightmare started and I have horrible experience with Bajaj allianz customer care.
    first of all when I try to call their customer care number, it took long time (generally 8-10 mins) and I have to listen that stupid and irritating song of bajaj allianz.
    When I complaint it with bajaj allianz, they ask me to provide bank statement for the transaction, which I sent on 28th dec.
    On 4th Jan, they accepted that there is some glitch in there site and they are in process to revert back money with in 5 working days.
    I waited till 11th jan, but money didn't come to my account. After that I again call to there customer care, but no satisfactory answer.

    Since then, I called them every day and I am not getting proper answers. They are also telling false statements like on 21st jan they called me in evening time and told that money is transfered to my account and it will come by same day and they sent me mail to confirm it.
    but when i check, i didn't get money neither i got any mail. When I complaint , they told me some other complaint number and told me that my complaint in high priority.

    Till today 28th Jan, it is 41 days, since i made online payment, I got 4 complaint numbers but money i didn't get.

    Now, I am not sure how to deal these untrusty bajaj allianz.

    Please help me how to file complaint in consumer court against bajaj allianz.

    This company is a big chor.

    Their only business is to looto people. At the initial stage they told me that after 5 years 100 % amount will be released ( agent also said the same thing ). Now they are saying that you will 100 % money only after 20 years otherwise your 56 % amount will be deducted.

    These insurance people are playing with the reputation of bajaj.

    Be ware of this chor organization !!!!!

    I have also unfortunately taken ULIP from Bajaj Alllianz in 2007. I paid 1 lakh each for 3 years now. They said its an investment cum medical policy. Now when I ask them the surrender value, they are deducting from my 3 lakhs. The agent told me that after 3 years you can withdraw if needed. Now they say before 20 years, they are deducting the penalty value. What type of Investment is this and whereas nothing of Insurance too. The court is strictly take action against this company for duping so many people and looting their money. Yes, call them and do what ? They say from 3 lakhs, now if I surrender I can get only 2,75,000/- after 3 years !
