    Default Defrauded by Bajaj Allianz

    I was amongst the many who were fooled by their agent into buying Bajaj Allianz Capital Unit Gain.

    I have been investing Rs. 5000 monthly since June 2007 through my policy no. 0053392362. At the time of purchasing the policy, I was made 3 promises by my agent - Kapil Investments, Mayur Vihar (Owner Mr. Vijay Kapil):

    - This investment will give you very high returns (easy 30-35% YoY)
    - You can withdraw after 3 years without any charges

    I noticed that out of Rs. 5000, Bajaj Allianz had been only investing Rs. 3600 in equities and the balance 1400 had been getting cut as premium allocation charges throughout the duration of the investment. Had I known this, I'd have never invested in this scheme!

    Secondly, when I decided to recently withdraw my investment from this after having completed 3 years (I paid the premium for 42 months), I was called by a Bajaj Allianz Company official telling me that I am not making a wise decision and I should consider only partial withdrawl, because in the case of full-withdrawl, I'll have to bear a charge of Rs. 28,000!!!

    I was completely infuriated - because this investment had anyway been loss-making for me since only 3600 rupees out of my 5000 were getting invested, and now this! I had an impending marriage in the next month and I had totally given hope on the thugs that Bajaj Allianz People are, who are robbing people of their hard earned money! So I chose to withdraw it. Net Net, I invested Rs. 2,10,000 in 42 months and received Rs. 1,82,000! I'll hate Bajaj Allianz for life!

    i have a policy with number 90119511.
    i have paid rs50000 in ulip three years back after the agent faked good results. when i came to know that nearly 20000 was spent on paper work i didnt want to waste future premiums so i didnt pay next 2 premiums. now i received surrender value of rs9000. so tell me how can u spend 41000 on useless paper work which is of no use to the anycustomer. r u using gold paper for paper work. are u human. how can u waste 41000 of 50000 and give back 9000 after three years. dont u feel ashamed of the results. r ur fund managers so idiotic to give such results. there are no words to curse u people. ur wasting peoples hard earned money, surely u will face the punishment for making us suffer.

    I am having a Bajaj Allianz Capital Unit Gain plan which is having Policy No. 0051857091 which commenced from 23 May 2007 I have given my home address in which i am not staying and presently unable to know about my fund position is possible to know my fund position on my email account which ashpintu@gmail.com and i want to know my position of my account very soon thanks

    i have Bajaj Allianz ULIP policy for my wife. The policy no. is 80038817. i have deposited 3 installments on time. Now i wish 2 know the current value of my investment for this scheme/policy

    Thumbs down Even after the end of lock-in period i am in loss

    Hi,

    This is Rahul Gil, and my policy no is 0108849142. That was my first mistake to believe a Bajaj Allianz agent and to buy a Ulip plan of Bajaj. I have paid 12000 per annum for this ulip plan. Agent told me that after lock-in period you may withdraw the full amount, you have paid. But after 3 years my fund value is 22920.06 (while i have paid 36000), and my surrender value is even more less 19036.52. Even after lock-in period they are going to deduct an amount around 3900. Is it feasible? i don't know what's happening there?
