Myself gopal krushna bishwal. I took Life Insurance policy from Bharti Axa Life Insurance ( Policy Number : 500 - 2152394). I canceled my policy on 3rd march , According to policy documents, the policy amount should be refunded within 15 days. i got this policy 19 Feb from noida branch after giving more then 6 call to there costumer care and canceled it 3rd march2009But it has been more than 24 days, still the policy amount has not been refunded. I have called Bhari Axa customer care 4 times. On 5th March, 13th March,20th March & 23rd March. Each & every time, customer care executive told me that with in 7 working days you will recevice the refund amount at my delivery address. They are not connecting my call neither to the finance department of Bharti Axa nor to the higher management.

So, I want to file a case against Bhari Axa Life Insurance for not refunding my policy amount within time . Please help me out.
