Myself Suman Bala. I took Life Insurance policy from Bharti Axa Life Insurance ( Policy Number : 500 - 2816931). I cancelled my policy on 20th Feb. According to policy documents, the policy amount should be refunded within 15 days. But it has been more than 1 month, still the policy amount has not been refunded. I have called Bhari Axa customer care 4 times. On 5th March, 13th March,20th March & 23rd March. Each & every time, customer care executive told me that with in 7 working days you will recevice the refund amount at my delivery address. They are not connecting my call neither to the finance department of Bharti Axa nor to the higher management.

So, I want to file a case against Bhari Axa Life Insurance for not refunding my policy amount within time . Please help me out.

mate, the company has 15 days free look option, so to get back your money u must write in writing to get my money back...I think its totally waste to call the customer service reps, they will give u some reference and that bullshit. Visit your nearest Bharti AXA and give hand written statement for the cancellation...say abt the telephonic conversations...hope this helps...cheers

With the referance of above subject i would like to cancel my policy 500-3727079 & 500-3837563 reason is only that explain poilcy details was totlay differ from original policy and agent had cheated me pls give my money back at the earliest and even i am not able to premium more than one year that i already to convey to agent though he has given me regular policy
