my self ruby prasad wife of late Shri Dhananjay prasad registering a complaint again lic on behalf of the policy no 12399183.My husbend died on 22 nd august 2008,and i inform my lic agent mr.Rk singh and and lic office and i submitted my all doucment and form two times in the lic office but two years going on ,i didn't get any response by lic .atlast i have decided to go through this plz do something in favour of me.lic policy no 12399183.every time when i go to lic office they always say after 15 days you will get your moeny sir now two years going on,they didn't do anything .
