    Angry Complaint Misselling - BIRLA SUNLIFE : 002965546

    Dear Concerned ,

    Comany : Birla sunlife (Dream Plan)

    Receipt no: 20397536 (payment 10/07/10)

    CC : IRDA ombudsmen

    This is regarding my policy with Birla Sunlife (Dream Plan), which was issued on 15/06/09, on annual mode, Premium Rs.26108.
    On, 7th July , i got a call that my premium is due before 15/07/10, and i confirmed twice from customer care that i have fund problem, will be able to pay quarterly i was told by the lady on phone , that before 15/07/10, i can get the mode change by filling a form at nearest branch and by attaching a chq of quarterly payment with same.

    On 10th July - i visited the branch (Som datt towers, FF, sector - 18, Noida , U.P), filled up the mode change form , deposited my chq, received a receiving of same, Receipt No:20397536, i again confirmed from lady there has my mode changed she confirmed , "yes it is " . Cheque got cleared of Rs.6527 from my account on 13/07/10.

    On 30 July , i get a call from Customer care saying , that your policy will be lapsed , if rest of the amount of annual premium is not paid. on telling them repeatedly again that i have paid my premium in Quarterly mode, with application form submitted, they behaved in non-cooperative way and left me puzzled.

    Concerns:
    * Mis selling - Birla RM , told me the time of selling the policy, that i can get my premium mode change any time after 1st year .
    * Mis guiding - Both the customer care officer and manager at branch , misguided me , before submitting my premium, that my mode is changed , pls be rest assured, and pay my premium next quarter as well.


    Would request The Birla customer care and IRDA ombudsmen to help me in same, i want to pay my premium quaterly , will not be able to pay on any other mode except that.
    If mode cant be changed , would request refund of entire amount as the policy has been mis-sold to me, and i dont want any relation with company who cheat customer with money.

    espected sir / madam
    Myself Anil Babulal shah . my wife Dipti Anil Shah holding the BSLI DREAM ENDOWMENT PLAN . policy no 003942404, which wil be automatically surender by the co , after the payment of five monthly ecs ,
    They informed in the latter of revivied the policy . later dated august 11 2010,

    1) But due to address changed it will delivered on 2 of sept 2010 ,
    2) I changed the new address on jun 2010
    3) Ur IC not tell me the full information OR not asked my abt my helth information.

    So my Request to u to revived my policy with extra loding i redy to pay the aries or convoret the policy without life cover ,


    Or give me solution to continue the policy, in futer contact me on my new no 0932 0170 022 or my email id sidt4u@gmail.com.

    Thumbs down Birla Sunlife Moneyback policy

    Sir.
    I had made a moneyback policy with Birla sunlife and every year I am paying my yealy installment , this year I am suppose to get the first instalment money back .The agents and the staff are asking n numbers of documents n number of times. If they donot want to pay then why the farse?
    Please help me if you can.

    It is very unfortunate that your reply is not satisfactory for us.This case of misselling is not treated by you properly.




    I had taken this policy from Vighnaharta Direct Insurance Broking (p) Ltd.I had taken this policy from varun sudh and his contect no is 0 7503615052.


    Varun sudh has given wrong commitment about the policy and sold to me.he done the fraud to me.He had said to me for 5 year premium paying term but the actual term is 18 years and i am not able to pay 30,000/-Rs. for 18 years that's for sure.He also say that the policy had mediclaim and accidental benefits but there are nothing like that.No riders were included.When I received this policy and read it then i came to know that there is no inclusion of benefits that were committed by that person to me in this document.When I called him he replied that this document is Dummy and original policy will be received by you after some time.I trust him and waited for few days.In this days i had call him for plenty of times but he replied same thing to me.That is why i had lose freelook period.

    Please do needful and reply in positively as soon as possible.

    Angry birla the worst experience

    also before 4-5 days back there is a phone call from birla noida
    office that if you are felt being cheated by company we will reverse
    your ammont within 5 days , seven days alredy passed to that tili bahe
    not recd the amount back , but recd a letter which shows rosy word
    which is not acceptble i want nothing less than promised by your mr.
    varun sud as per below mail , he has misguided me only to pass on the
    time of lock in period so that we poor can't surrender the policy in
    time and you had a chance to give your inability to give my hard
    earened money back.

    you can see from my age that i can't pay
    the amount for 18 years ,and i am not fool to commit this type of
    things to your person of surat aswell as your delhi person mr. varun
    sud

    they have taken only signature on the form and what they fill in the
    same is known to them only we trust their word and suffered ,pl help
    us comming out of this.

    i am giving the copy to irda also.
