    i have been assured at time of payment and policy commcement that my policy is for three years ulip plan scheme
    but as i found later on it was 20 years plan.
    i have humbly requested to clientdesk service of mahindra to to change the policy and debard such persons from agent ship and cancell all benefits to him.

    no body is taking responsibily for such agents n fruadies.
    no change request has been acccepted .

    what should i do.

    Default Complaint against Kotak Mahindra car loan ECS issue

    I have taken a car loan from Kotak Mahindra Bangalore 3months back. it was assisted by Trident Hyundai Hosur Road. The agent from Kotak came to my place and filled all the details from me. I also had to go to my Citibank for ECS purpose to get that approved. All done. The plan is firat month EMI will be taken from my post dated cheque and thats done. From second months onwards, it was supposed to be taken from my Citibank ECS gateway. The due date was fixed every month 10th. However, on 10th the ECS was not been taken. i thought there may be some technical issue and waited for 2 days. But whenever it was still not gone from ECS, i called up them and they started verifying my account number. It was found they are having wrong detials of my account. The account number was totally different and was not mine. They were instisted that i have done mistake and asked me to hold someone will talk. No one talked that day i kept holding the line for 15 min and disconnected.

    I talked to Trident Hyundai guys the next day and they told they will investigate where the problem. From next day onwards i got 3/4 calls in a day from Kotak verifying the account number. It was so frustrating giving them all the account number again and agian. Upon shouting on them, they told many customer having issue with ECS so they will fix this and it will be taken from my account after 3/4 days. However, as usual it was not done. When i inquired, they told i have to pay cash or Cheque and submit my citibank account details to correct the problem. They asked me to check with Citibank as it was rejected. But that was not the case as i enquired with Citibank. They gave me a letter having proof of registering my ECS with Kotak with utility number. Citibank said they didnt recieve any ECS request from Kotak so no ECS gone. Kotak said it was rejected, but i like to know if any ECS rejects, the bank will inform that customer immidiatly and i was not informed by my bank. So its not at all with Citibank. Its completly a blunder mistake done by Kotak entering wrong information and now they are just saying its all from my end just to cover them.

    I want to dig into this more to find out who is the culprit. But no one seems co-oprating with me from Kotak or Trident. Please tell me where i will go now. this is totally a harressment to me and i am really sufferring for someone's mistake. I want to go top level wherevere i can get a justice. Please advice.

    Sir,

    Sub: Complaint about mode of premium Payment - Reg.
    Ref: Original Policy document bearing No.02142233 along with my letter dated 22-12-2010.

    I had dispatched the original policy document along with the letter dated 22-12-2010 regarding change of mode of premium payment as yearly Rs.10,000/- instead of halfyearly payment of Rs.10,000/- otherwise refund the amount Rs.10,000/- which was paid by me at an early date.as I already explain my financial position to your agent Mr.Khasim that I could pay Rs.10,000/- per year. But your agent alter the mode of payment as Rs.10,000/- for halfyear instead of Rs.10,000/- per year.

    But I could not get my original policy document with alteration of mode of payment or refund my money so far three months lapsed.

    Hence, I request you to kindly refund the amount Rs.10,000/- which was paid by me at an early date.
