    dear sir,
    I took a ulip plan from aviva life insurance on dated 28/02/2007 policy no-WLG1463314
    THAT'S ANNUAL PREMIUM WAS RS 10000 .i paid 03 year premium( 30,000) regulars but to look markets calculation my fund value falling down time to time. but after 03 year as per policy i can stop the premium further & after locking period (03 year) i did not pay 04th year premium. & company send a letter of inforce policy close with a cheque of rs 10,000 with out any pre information this is a cheating, misguiding & totaly fabricated of aviva company & behaviour of these co people are very negative. at the time of giving policy they showed very attracting dream but after 03 year today they are not answering & tolerating this issue .Sir i am requesting you to look in to this matter & give them strict instruction to pay my fund value after 03 year policy completion.WITH FULL COMPENSATING.i am not interested to continew this policy in any case.
    As per your requirment i can send scans copies of Aviva life insurance policy details/complaints letter that was recd to me time to time. with last letter of policy for closer & my fund value statement.

    Default Wrong commitment complaint

    Dear Sir

    I Harcharan singh took a ULIP Insurance plan from Aviva Life Insurance, commencement date 20-jun-2006, under policy number LLG1235534 annual premium of 50000/-. I paid three full premiums on time. Representative has told me for to withdraw my policy after completion of three year and you will get the amount with interest. But now when I visit in company’s office to withdraw my money they said me surrender value of approx 55000 thousand as a surrender value rest my amount will be deducted against charges, at that time my fund value was approx 100000/-

    And after this one of there representative guide me to paid up this policy, and continue the policy without paying any more premiums. I took paid up after guidance of representative of Aviva, I took paid up option, after taking this option, and they charge 60% of total value. And now I confirmed the fund value from company’s office they tell me fund value approx 56000/-

    But please tell me sir
    What was my fault?
    Why I bear the loss?

    At the time of selling policy they told me it is a good plan.
    Your will get double value of what u will pay after the three years.

    But as of now representative’s words are totally failed to fulfill their commitments.

    So I request you to please look in the matter and give them instruction to pay my fund value. What I paid, with 10% of interest, which very genuine. I am not interested to continue my policy further in any case.

    And please let me know what details or documents you required from my side I will send it to you.

    MYSELF MRS POONAM MOHINDRA I HAVE TOOK A POLICY BY MR HONEY BHALLA AND MY POLICY NUMBER IS : LFG1791812
    SIR MR HONEY BHALLA CAME TO OUR HOUSE ALONE WITHOUT ANY AGENT HE IS MY COUSIN BROTHER HE TOOK US IN FAVOUR AND HE DID NT EXPLAIN US THE POLICY HE SAID THAT YOUR MONEY WILL BE DOUBLED BY OUR COAMPANY ( AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE) IN THIS YEAR.
    YOU HAVE TO PAY MONEY ONLY ONE AND IT IS A SINGLE PREMIUM POLICY

    HE TOOK A SIGN IN A BLANKFORM OF UR COAMPANY

    SIR HE MADE A CHANGES ON UR COAMPANY FORM AND OUR MONEY IS NOT COME BACK
    SIR IS THIS UR COAMPANY IS A CHEATER OR A LIAR????????

    SIR HE TOOK MY PHOTO MY DATE OF BIRTH ,PHOTO ID PROFILE OF AADDRESS

    But please tell me sir

    Default Complaint in AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE

    I am NRI, I have been advised by an agent Bajaj Capital to taken AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE policy and also told me that we can withdraw the policy after 3 years, as they advised I taken the policy and paid my policy money Rs 60,000 for first year, for some period I didn't pay my second year premium. I advised by AVIAV that I have to pay at least for three year otherwise the paid money will not be given back. so I paid the premium for three years the total Rs 1,80,000 now after completion of three years I asked AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE to withdraw my police. They are telling me that I will get only Rs 92,000 and they deduct the balance money. Its amazing what for they are deducting 50% of my money after enjoying three years???

    I disappointed very much I don't know what to do now and how to proceed to get back my money. its really armful for the life.

    Please don't take AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE by believing somebody and without knowing the problems. Really it is not suitable for common people.

    my policy no:- LFG-1791812 POLICY NUMBER mrs poonam mohindra is ki kai baar complaint ke ha per aaj tuk aviva na koi jawab nahi diya aur apna agent ko he safe kiya ha kya ek normal admi kuch nahi kur saakta ha kya?????????????????????, kripa kur kay jawab jaroor dey mera ko, mera ko kha thaa ki 3 yr ma double paise ho jayaga per yeha sub gaalat ho gaya kyo ki ma jayada paadna nahi jaanti ho, pls kuch karey

    Dear Concern,

    I am lower middle income individual who went to Indusind bank in Dec 2009 to made a FD of my petty savings where a banker & aviva executive duped me by telling that their policy is giving far better returns than Bank FD & i need to invest one time & i can withdraw after an year anytime i want & till the time i don't withdraw,my funds will accrue interest. I am salaried class with hand to mouth situation,always in urgent need of money is finding lot of difficulties in coordination with Bank & insurance co., nobody is attending & making fun of my statements. I never expected that a Bank like Indusind do unfair practices with customers in meeting their targets. I am requesting concerned authority to take serious action & assist me in getting my funds back at the earliest.

    Hello,

    I had three policies with Aviva. One for my self, one for my wife and the other for my brother.
    Policy no: LLG1159642 Name: Mohammad Danish
    Policy no.: LLG1159635 Name: Chandani Barkati

    Paying 5000 each on yearly basis. The employee(Agent code: Y0510297) from Aviva kept on calling me in 2005 and requested a lot for meeting.. I called him for a meeting and he proposed 3 policies for me and promised that if i run the policy for 3 years i.e till 2008 and then surrenders the policy, the company will pay me approx. 45,000 for each policy..... I run the policy for 3 years and after that i called him up and asked him to withdraw my policies....He told that after six months i will get the cheques.... Its being 3 years now and havn't received any cheque....Tried to call the person but he has left the JOB!!!!!!

    How can i get my hard earned money back......??? Is Aviva a Fraud..........!! Do i need to file a police complain against the company.........?? Im very much capable of doing so......and filing a fraud case against the company...........
    Please help.......!!

    All I would say is stay away from Aviva. Its a poor performing company. I invested 2.5L and now it is hardly 1L. lost my capital itself. Then how can I expect returns from this?

    Dear Sir,
    Request you to please intervene into the matter as I am regularly in touch with the above said company but they are not listening my complaint i have spoken with the irda also but they also have not given any satisfactory answer. I had bought a policy before five years back wherein they had not described me that this product is having so much charges. I have paid my last six years premium but not gettting half of the amount which i have paid. While interacting with them I came to know that this prouduct is having 15 % charges on onging basis. I dont know on what basis IRDA has approved this product. Please help me out.

    Since I am the customer of Aviva Life Insurance & I want to contact them throgh phone so I got the numbers from their Website i.e.
    Toll free number 1800 - 800 - 2266 but this number doesn"t work at all, whenever I tried calling this number it says "Please check the number".
    Also they have a link in Branch Locator in Contact us Child Plans, Savings plans, Retirement plans, Children plan and Protection plans for individuals and groups - Aviva India Life Insurancefor Pimpri (Pune) area as:

    Dear Sir,

    I had purcheased the above policy from M/s AVIVA in 2004. When I was solicitated to buy this policy, it was projected as an investment plan with an option that I may stop paying premium after 3 years. I was told that in case I decide to stop paying premium after 3 years my investment would continue to grow as per funds performance, however I shall loose the insurance coverage benefit. I continued to pay premium for 7 years. Now when I tried to excercise this option of opting out I am told that there is huge penalty and I stand to loose heavily. There was no indication of such heavy penalty in the policy document. All kinds of clauses and hidden charges are being quoted now, making me to believe that I have been duped by this premier insurance company while selling this policy to me. My only reason to buy this policy was for the purpose of investment with the option of only 3 years premium. For your perusal following are the details:
    Policy no LLG 1114441 from AVIVA
    Policy purchased in 2004.
    Premium Rs 30,000 per annum.
    My age was 47 at that time.
    Paid 7 premiums upto 2010 amounting to Rs 2,10,000.
    Withdrawn Rs 1,08,000 in 2010 for child's education.
    As per AVIVA records the NAV has increased from approx Rs18 to approx Rs27 in the last 7 years.
    As per AVIVA if I stop paying premium then it will be considered as surrendering of the policy and I am entitled to only Rs 59,000.

    Instead of any appreciation of my investment I am loosing heavily. I am convinced that there are many other aggreived customers like me who are the victims of such unfair trading practices. Please give this wide publicity so that all silent sufferers come forward and collectively make AVIVA return our hard earned honest money.
