I made a payment of my premium using MetLife online payment facility using my Credit Card, same was debited to my credit card but never credited to Metlife Policy.
I got to know about this when Metlife started sending me premium due reminder SMS.
I followed up with Metlife by email several times they asked me account statements of credit card etc, although I think this is the job of metlife to track why this is not credited, I sent the credit card statement, everytime I write an email to Metlife the auto response email from them says we will get back to you in 5 days and they will never follow this, this time at least 8 working days have passed since my last email to Metlife and no response yet.
I do not think that this is such a big issue that will take more than 3 months to get resolve.
Anyway please suggest should I file a case against them in consumer forum as even after paying premium at right time my policy is lapsed since 3 months.
