Dear Sirs/Madam,
I had taken a Smart kid policy for my 4 year son Master Dhruv Vipul Pithadia last year in the month of Jan 2008. The policy no# is 07000665 . The next premium was due in Jan/Fab 2009.
The pymt for for the premium was made to the company vide Corporation bank cheque no# 35854 on 5/Feb. As per my bank statement, this pymt has been debited from my account on 11/feb. I also rcvd a provisional receipt for tax purpose from ICICI Prulife on 11-feb-09.
I am shocked to receive a letter from the bank with the refund cheque amount of Rs 297.38 towards extra amount credit in my account from the first premium paid & which cannot be used to pay o/stdg premium of Rs 20,000/- for the renewal. The letter also says that the policy is lapsed due to non rcpt of the premium pymt.
I have made more than 7 calls to the customer care ofc & also sent email complaint # ID 17719634 to ICICI Prulife.
I am in urgent need of the premium rcpt for income tax purpose which needs to be submitted in my ofc before 20/Mar. I also wrote another email stressing the importance of this but ICICI Prulife executives say that they will revert back only after 22-Mar-09.
The case is very simple . The premuim pymt is made using cheque in the name of ICICI Prulife life with policy number mentioned on it. The fact that it is debited from my account is a solid proof about ICICI prulife receiving the pymt. The only problem is that amount is not credited to my policy is due to internal error or negligance or inefficiency of the company staff .
I feel that the my money paid to ICICI Prulife is no more utlised to towards investing in the right direction as mentioned in the policy prospectus. I fear that I am not going to get my money back. I feel cheated .............& do not what to do.
Pl help me how do I proceed ahead. Will ICICI Prulife compensate for the trouble & loss of fund value from Jan till the day they realise my pymt ???

I am a customer of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. with my policy no. 01662800.
On 30, may2009 i should recieve a survival benefit cheque of Rs.10, 000.
But when i did not recieve my amount then i made contact with customer care center,
Here i come to know that they have delivered the cheque to some other person by mistake in Delhi.
But i don't have given any request to change the address or to deliver the cheque to that address.
They also tell me that, that person have reconciled the cheque.
I have given too many complaints regarding the same but they had not given any solution to these complaints.

I hold a Policy No:11486154 in the name of C R radha for which the annuity has been due w.e.f Feb'2009. With great difficulty and several complaints to IRDA i managed to get the firsy annuity in April'09. The after the regular payments due on 22nd of Month to be credited into my bank account with ICICI Bank used to get credited erratically according to the the Insurance company's whims and fancy. Sometimes on 22nd, sometimes 23rd and at times 25th. No definite dates and when you contact their customer care Toll free number, they will not even know the status of payment and simple fool you. For example this month i.e. Dec'10, I have not received the annuity yet and when I called up the customer care Number i was sent an existence form to be submitted with reference to call ID 29458074. I was aware that this form is to be submitted only once in a year and due in Feb'11. But as per the customer care instructions i went to deposit the existence certificate and they informed that this is not due and mentioned that their customer service is manned by mad people who just pass time. With great difficuly i managed to deposit the same with a covering letter that i am submitting the existence certificate as per customer care instruction as per Call ID mentioned above.
From the above i conclude this is a cheating company and one should be careful when dealing with company. When i tried to lodge a complaint with IRDA, they were reluctant to accept a complaint and after much persuation a complaint has been registered under Ref:991ICPLI ON 24.12.10 WITH IRDA.
MORAL: NEVER DEAL WITH THIS INSURANCE COMPANY FOR A PENSION POLICY SINCE THEY ONLY COLLECT MONEY VERY PROMPTLY AND NEVER PAYS THE PENSION WHEN DUE.

As per your telephone call informing me that I will get ONLY the sum of 9 lakhs paid for this policy and no further damages incurred on this account.
I had a discussion here in my office with your Mr Arindam Bhhaumik and Pritam Choudhury who had come to discuss this issue withme after your initial mails in reply to my mail and our telephonic conversations.
I wish to write that I need to get adequately copmpensated for all the losses incurred by me as the sum was lying with you for almost one whole year .
Had the initial promises given at the time of getting the policies the value today would have been much more as the fund value would have been much higher .
The fund's NAV was Rs.12.69 (31.12.2009) and now it is Rs.14.68. (almost 16% higher)
More than 10.5% I am expecting as compensation.
As it is I have incurred monetory losses beside mental tension due to all flase promises madfe by your executives named in my initial correspondences.
I must get the sum of 9 lakhs paid as premium and Interest @ 10.5% for the period the fund with blocked at your end.
Please note I have already handed over the Papers and Original Policy Document to Mr Pritam Choudhury for onward submission for cancellation etc. and refund.
I also wish to write that I will also like to have same treatment for the other policy 13154512 favouring ANUNAYA KHAITAN as well.I do not wish to continue this policy as well.
You should also arrange to refund the basic sum ( 6 lakhs)with accrued interest for this policy as well.
Please note I will immidiately hand over the original policy of Mr ANUNAYA KHAITAN as well to your designated representative on hearing from you.
PLease do not delay this any further and arrange for expeditious refunds to me under advise to me for both these policies.
I do not want to continue with ICICIPRU on these policies due to the mistrust and misleading selling activity on part of your executives.I have been duped by ICICIPRU on these policies.

ICICI is fruad Bank, doing business for signature gambling with with no written proof

given request for cancellation and redemption on 24-feb-11 for 2 times but giving reason signature mismatch. I asked to Bank but mutual funds they are not giving any written and even not giving information about signature verification process
If ICICI Bank is in loss then it is not my fault. I want my money back otherwise i will legal suite about the fraud scam of icici for signature missmatch
