RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,
I PINKESH B. PAREKH AM AN EX-EMPLOYEE OF BSLI. I HAD WORKED WITH BSLI(BIRLA SUNLIFE INSURANCE CO. LTD.) FROM DEC. 2007 TILL AUG.2009. MY EMPLOYEE CODE WAS 15382. I WANT TO FILE A CASE AGAINST THE SYSTEM AND RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENTS REGARDING MY FULL & FINAL SETTLEMENT(FFS). I HAD RESIGNED IN AUG.2009 AND SINCE THAT PERIOD I AM STRUGGLING FOR MY FFS. I HAD RECEIVED MY FFS CALCULATION SHEET 3 MONTHS AFTER MY RESIGNATION SHOWING RECOVERY FROM MY END OF RS.7520. BUT I WAS NOT SATISFIED BY THE SAME AND HAD MAILED MY HR SOME QUERIES REGARDING THE SAME. I HAD TO COLLECT INCENTIVE OF AUG.2009 WHICH WAS NEARLY RS.18000(INCLUDING TAX.), WHICH WAS NOT MENTIONED IN THE CALCULATION SHEET. I HAVE ALL THE SENT & RECEIVED MAILS FOR THE SAME WHICH WILL PROVE MY TRUTH. I WILL ATTACH THE MAIL OF MY QUERY WHICH IS NOT STILL ANSWERED. DUE ALL THIS MY PF IS ALSO ON HOLD AS WELL AS MY RELIEVING LETTER. I AM SUFFERING DUE ALL THIS AND AM WITHOUT ANY JOB FROM LAST 11 MONTHS. I WANT TO CLAIM ALL MY ARREARS DUE TO THIS DELAY. I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED ANY POSITIVE REPLY FROM HR. I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ANSWER STATING THAT IT IS IN PROCESS. I Pinkesh B. Parekh am really sufering because of your slow service. There is no positive response from any of the department as well as any Head. This is the case which is to be fought legally but i have kept patience. Now it is the time to go to legal department as it has passed nearly 11 months. I have just received mails and answer stating that the FFS is under process and i have to wait for some days. How many days? Does it take 11 months? I have only received new ticket numbers on regular basis viz.

There are more ticket numbers which shows BSLI service. For your kind information i have resigned in August 2009. We are told 45 working days for our FFS completion but it has been 11 months and due to which my PF is also on hold.

I also want to repeat my queries which i had raised in past(Feb) viz. with addition of one query that is-
My LWP is shown in the calculated sheet but it is written on my Exit form that my LWP is to be adjusted against PL. So pls go through it and calculate as per that.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I Pinkesh B Parekh ex-employee of BSLI-Versova branch have received my FFS calulation sheet which i have attached with this mail. Pls check it as i am not satisfied by the calculation.
Pls clear my queries as follows:-
1) What is the Exit month salary?
2) Why does the exit month salary shows in negative?
3) Where is the Agents Incentive which is to be reflected in my
sheet as per the policy id-003154813 & 003157634 resp.
Policies were issued in Aug.2009 under Agent code AN 6336.
So according to above policies i should have received Rs. 18000
(including all taxes & service charges)
4) I was confirmed and so as per rule i had to give notice period
and which was been waived off by my BM, so pls check if there
is any recovery for that reason.
5) I had no extra salary or no pendings from my side.
6) I also am confused that after being permanent and had worked for
atleast 21 months i have no bonus or incentives as per my goal
sheet of AP & persistency.

So pls clear my query and revert me asap. Also send me the details of the person whom should i meet directly for this query in future.
Hope that all this will not take more 11 months as i it had been done for the calculation sheet.
