This has reference to your letter dated 05.03.2010 regarding confirmation of Security Deposit as on 28.02.2010.

We regret to point out that confirmation of balance cannot be given in view of following reasons.

1 that you have not paid the rent for the month of May June & July and are still occupying the space as your material is still lying over there.
2 that you have not paid the Service Tax, TDS, Water & Electricity Bills till date.

You are still to settle the accounts as you have not vacated the premises till date.
