Complaint Against Premium Refund of ICICI Lombard Health Insurance Policy Dear Sir,
I Mr. Devidas Ghone holding ICICI Lombard Health General Insurance Policy No. 4034i/FPP/04613439/00/000 and Card No. IHPN-04811468/01 from last two years and I have not claim any thing to ICICI Lombard on this Policy. Now i am an urgent need of money and I have requested them through their online website to refund my premium, their executive simply called and told me that we can not refund your premium and simaltanously you will have to only cancel your policy if you do not want to continue so that means for no reason I have lost my money in ICICI Lombard. Please guide me what I can do further to teach them lesson.
