I applied for Kotak Life Insurance Policy in Sept 2009(16/09/2009) as single premium policy(Rs. 40,000). But agent lied to me about policy details and made policy as 20 year policy to claim maximum commission. And moreover he gave the address of the policy as his home address so that I do not come to know his fraud.



After so many unsuccessful attempts I received my policy documents yesterday i.e. 21/01/2009 from Noida Branch. I have already expressed my grievance on your website against fraud agent Narender Kumar(Mob : 9891951295). I want to surrender my policy number 01725633 as I cannot afford to pay policy premium every year.



Request you to please process my policy for surrender as soon as possible. I have already submitted a hardcopy of this email to Kotak Life Noida Branch.
